Hacked Items
Hacked items are items that have been hacked in by various backdoors, exploits, glitches, and things of that nature. Some of these items have a purpose, others don't. Regardless, most of these items are considered valuable by the general population. Some of these items are even exclusive to 2b2t, as some of these items will never be seen on any other Minecraft server, which truly enhances 2b's uniqueness. Some of these blocks such as barrier blocks exist due to iTristan spawning items with every item ID, and in the 1.8 update to 2b2t these items turned into whatever item ID it was, giving barrier blocks and a lot of illegal blocks.
These items will be listed with a rarity based on how hard they are able to find or attain:
Contents
Obtainable Hacked Items[edit | edit source]
- Alpha Leaves (Common) (Made by using Silk Touch to break leaves due to an oversight leaf data values and how it interacted with Silk Touch and can be found in chests from when this was in the game)[1][2]
- Fake wooden slabs (Common) (Made from Wooden Slabs crafted prior to 1.3, when wooden slabs shared an ID with stone slabs meaning they were just stone slabs with a wooden texture)
- Dragon Eggs (Formerly very common, now somewhat rarer) (removed by Hausemaster in mid-2016 due to bedrock-breaking exploits, but recently re-enabled)
- Super Weapons (Formerly very rare) (reacquired by Kinorana during an unexpected resurgence, then re-removed, then later reacquired by AlphaComputer, duped then propagated in 2018/2019) (Reverts to the max possible vanilla enchant level while in inventory or viewed since 1.12, unless using certain hacked clients)
- Hacked ID Items (Rare)
Removed by Hausemaster (possible to obtain with commands in Minecraft, but disabled on 2b2t)[edit | edit source]
These items you can store in Shulkers and Chests as long as you don't open them. If they are in a Shulker, you can ".peek" into them with clients like Impact. You can also unstack Illegal Stacked Items with droppers.
- 127 Stacked Armor (Only as rare as stacked armor was) (unstacks automatically while in inventory or viewed by player since 1.12)
- 64 Stacked Armor (Formerly common) (unstacks automatically while in inventory or viewed by player since 1.12)
- Enchanted Glass (Formerly uncommon) (Becomes normal glass while in inventory or viewed by player since 1.12)
- Player Heads (Formerly common) (deleted by Hause with some other items during the 1.12 server update due to creating a "circlejerk enviroment")
- Bedrock (Incredibly rare, in few player's possession) (impossible to use, also impossible to view without deleting since 1.12)
- Pig Spawners (Formerly very common) (get deleted if in inventory or viewed, all blocks got destroyed by Hause during the 1.12 update, however have made a resurgence along with Super Weapons)
- Spawn Eggs (Formerly extremely rare) Hausemaster gave them to players in 2011. At the time of the full illegals patch, only one active player (and possibly his basemates/friends) was confirmed to have them
Removed by Mojang (no longer obtainable in Minecraft)[edit | edit source]
- Infinite Blocks (aka Infinites or Infs) (Formerly rare) (Deleted by Mojang with all other negative items)
- Infinite Potions (Formerly rare) (Deleted by Mojang with all other negative items)
Possible hacked items[edit | edit source]
- Barrier Blocks (Extremely rare) (Found in iTristan's stashes) (One was present at Aureus City, current whereabouts of other placed barriers unknown)
- End Portal Frames (Extremely rare) (Present in a select few player’s possession)
- Command Blocks (Mythical, status unknown) (Suspected that Hacked ID items could turn into them by Fit)
